Kristin Hardt

Kristin is a Powhatan, Virginia native, graduating from Powhatan High School and then attending James Madison University. She began her real estate career after 12 years in the insurance sales industry with Long & Foster. She brings with her a proven track record of exceptional client service. Working alongside agents and clients throughout real estate transactions in the Richmond area helped Kristin develop a passion for real estate. A unique perspective and knowledge of the real estate world made for a seamless transition to TYG. Kristin is passionate about helping people achieve their goals and guiding them through what is quite often one of the biggest transitions of their lives. She currently resides in Midlothian with her husband Bryton, daughters Kensie & Sadie and their English Bulldog Sampson. When not helping clients find their dream homes, you can typically find Kristin at a little league softball field, swim meet or a playground nearby.
