Josue Benitez

Josue is a VCU graduate with a B.S. in Finance and a lifelong connection to real estate and construction. Growing up in Chesterfield and later New Kent, he developed strong people skills working in his family’s restaurant, Gino’s Pizza, and gained hands-on experience in residential and commercial construction through his father’s business, Legacy Construction.

Now a real estate professional, Josue leverages his deep knowledge of the Metro-Richmond area to help clients find the right home. When he’s not working, he enjoys staying active, trying new restaurants, traveling, and spending time with his playful Portuguese Water Dog, Rio.
