Anna Schauer
Anna Schauer’s journey to Virginia began in 1986 when she moved to the state at the age of 4 from Minnetonka, MA. Her parents were captivated by Virginia’s rich history, and her mother fulfilled her dream of owning a horse. Anna grew up in Charlottesville on a horse farm just outside of Keswick, where her parents were active fox hunters with the Keswick Hunt Club. This upbringing fostered a deep connection to the land and community. Real estate became a natural part of her life early on, as both her parents were realtors.
In 2003, Anna ventured north to Marblehead, Massachusetts, a picturesque coastal town just 12 miles from Boston. She earned her Business Management degree from Salem State University in nearby Salem, MA. Over the years, Anna has gained valuable experience working in health care, medical & dental insurance/billing/coding, sales, and retail, which have all contributed to her diverse skill set and ability to connect with clients from various backgrounds.
After a decade in New England, Anna returned to Virginia in 2013, ultimately settling in Richmond. Anna values family deeply. Her older brother resides in Church Hill, while her older sister lives in Victoria, Minnesota. She adores her niece, who is 9, and her nephews, ages 6 and 8.
Drawing from her rich background, Anna brings both a personal connection to Virginia and a lifetime of real estate knowledge to her work as a realtor with The Yeatman Group.
