Visha Wallace

A nearly life-long resident of Midlothian and graduate of Midlothian High school, Visha is proud to work as a real estate professional in the community she knows so well. She earned a B.S. degree in Finance from Virginia Tech and began her professional career with Capital One before taking time off to raise her children in their early years. She decided to switch gears and attend nursing school following her middle daughter’s diagnosis with a form of muscular dystrophy called spinal muscular atrophy (SMA) – a cause for which she continually and passionately advocates. She worked as a nurse in both hospital and insurance provider settings for twelve years prior to pursuing her real estate career. Visha and her husband have been married for over 20 years, and share three daughters – one attending Virginia Tech, one heading to Longwood University in the Fall, and one still in high school. When not working, Visha can be found doing the things she loves, which include relaxing on the beach, watching sports (especially football and basketball), playing a casual game of volleyball or tennis, and enjoying get-togethers with friends. A detail-oriented “people person” who truly enjoys helping others and providing great customer service, Visha is excited to guide and assist clients making the important decision to buy or sell a home.
