Born and raised in Richmond, VA, Tara attended Maggie Walker Governor’s School, as well as VCU and J. Sergeant Reynolds where she was in the Phi Theta Kappa Honors Society. Tara worked as a Mortgage Loan Officer catering to VA loans for 3 years and then as a Senior Sales and Marketing Representative for 7 years for a well-known production builder. While she was there, she became a member of the President’s Club and won several Quarterly Sales and Marketing Representative Awards and Customer Service Awards. She also worked as a Neighborhood Sales Manager for another local production builder, where she was consistently ranked the top Sales Rep in the division and won the Quarterly Neighborhood Sales Manager Award. Tara has experience selling all types of homes to people from all stages in life. She loves this industry because she gets to help people with one of the most important purchases in their lives – from their first home, to their last. Tara currently lives in Midlothian with her 3 kids, Hayden, Tessa, and Silas; their 3 dogs, Layla, Stella, and Twyla; and their cat Finn! She enjoys traveling and spending time with family and friends and loves to sing on the Worship Team at her Church and will Karaoke every chance she gets!
