Sam was born and raised in Yorktown, VA and graduated from Virginia Tech in 2003 with a degree in accounting. She entered Real Estate in 2016 and prides herself on building relationships and sincerely caring about her clients. Coming from a Military family, her attention to detail and staying organized amongst the chaos are her biggest strengths. Numbers are her “jam” and excel is her best friend. She’s passionate about fitness, health, and family. When she’s not selling real estate, you’ll likely find her enjoying some family time with her 2 kids and husband, walking her 2 rescue pups or swinging on her front porch!
