Jeremy Walker
Growing up in the West End of Richmond for the past 20 years, Jeremy brings a unique knowledge of the city and the surrounding areas of Central Virginia. After graduating from JMU with a BS in Interpersonal Communication Studies, Jeremy became a licensed Realtor in 2019 quickly making a footprint as a valued asset to his clients, team, and industry as a whole. His love for the Real Estate industry and his passion for helping others shines through in the results delivered to the clients he works with. In less than a year with the Heirloom Realty Group, Jeremy has helped over 14 families achieve their Real Estate goals resulting in over $3 million in closed business. In his second full year as a Realtor, Jeremy helped over 19 families achieve their Real Estate goals resulting in over $4.5 million in closed business. His extensive knowledge of Residential and Multi-Family Real Estate transactions allows him to help buyers, sellers and investors alike.
Prior to becoming a full-time Realtor, Jeremy was an athlete and honors grad from Godwin High School. He furthered his education in Business and Interpersonal Communication at JMU, graduating with a BS in 2019. In his time at college, Jeremy was a four year member of the Kappa Alpha Order Greek life organization, heavily involving himself in philanthropy for the Muscular Dystrophy Association and Relay for Life. Also working to found his organization’s first private real estate group, hosting weekly meetings to discuss anything and everything real estate. Over the years, Jeremy has developed an extensive and diverse network all over Virginia and beyond allowing him to provide a superior level of service unmatched within the market. Today, as a licensed Realtor, Jeremy strives to build lifelong relationships with his clients built on trust, honesty, and communication.
