Elizabeth graduated magnum cum laude with a BA degree in Political Science from Virginia Commonwealth University. She began her real estate career as a commercial leasing agent for a developer in Innsbrook Corporate Center, and later relocated to Deltaville where she has enjoyed over 20 years of experience working with historic properties, waterfront, second and vacation homes, building lots, investment rentals and commercial properties in the lower Chesapeake Bay region. She is a former director of both the Chesapeake Bay and Rivers Association of Realtors and the Chesapeake Bay Governor’s School Education Foundation. She currently serves as the outreach leader for Lower United Methodist Church and is a founding member of Celebrate Light Middlesex Youth Group.

Elizabeth was most helpful from the beginning of our experience. She visited the house and pointed out things that needed to be done prior to listing the house to sell. She provided a detailed market analysis providing comps with similar properties in the area. Thus, we were able to arrive at a reasonable selling price for the property. She helped stage once improvements were complete and provided a photographer to provide the best pictures possible for marketing. The house was listed at just the right price apparently as it sold in about a week. She is the consummate professional.
