Chuck grew up in Brandermill and attended Clemson University where he majored in Land and Resource Management. After college he joined the Forestry Field selling land and timber and his passion for sales didn’t go unnoticed. Chuck received an invitation to work with a developer in Hampton Roads where he represented 11 different homebuilders. His drive and passion for new home sales shined as he won numerous customer service awards as well as Hampton Roads New Home Sales Person of the Year in 2005. From there, Chuck moved to North Carolina managing waterfront properties and working part-time in Real Estate. Chuck eventually made his way back to the Richmond area where he worked for a regional builder in Sales Management and Marketing for 5 years, helping around 65 families a year buy and build new homes. In his spare time you will most likely find Chuck out in the wilderness as he is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys hunting, fishing, mountain biking, riding horses, and taking long walks with his wife and his 3 kids!
Chuck, has a knack for asking the right questions. He is able to formulate inquiries that reveal to him exactly what you are looking for and what you are not looking for, with a smattering of your own personality sprinkled in. He put the fun back in house hunting for my family. He shoots from the hip. He’s creative and full of great information that is yours for the taking.
Chuck made this an easy process with excellent service and immediate response e dry time. From the initial listing through open house days and final negotiations, he was on top of everything. We were very pleased with the entire process.
Don’t hesitate to use The Yeatman Group for your next home purchase or resale. We recently purchased in Hallsley and worked with them to purchase our dream home. They were extremely professional, accommodating to our busy schedules, and a pleasure to deal with. The Mason family highly recommends this wonderful group!!!
