Chad has been working in the real estate industry since 2011, starting out by analyzing real estate portfolios. He obtained his real estate broker’s license in 2014 and joined The Yeatman Group as a Broker Associate. In this role, Chad advises his clients on their real estate needs, and also serves as a liaison between agents, inspectors, appraisers, escrow companies, and mortgage brokers during transactions to ensure a smooth transaction for his clients. Chad excels in overcoming potential difficulties of the home buying and selling process to ultimately create a positive experience for his clients. Prior to The Yeatman Group, Chad held positions at a mortgage bank in Sonoma County, CA. Chad graduated from the University of Texas – Austin with a Bachelor’s in Finance – Real Estate. In his free time, Chad enjoys spending time hiking with his wife and mountain biking.
