Jessica is a licensed real estate sales agent with a background in buying, renovating, and selling homes. Having personally bought and sold over half a dozen properties, she brings a grounded, firsthand understanding of what it’s really like to move, invest, renovate, and truly live in a space.
Jessica's experience working hands-on with homes has shaped how she approaches real estate. She looks beyond first impressions to help clients understand how a home might feel day to day, how it could evolve over time, and what potential it genuinely holds. Years spent working alongside contractors and renovation teams allow her to confidently guide clients through both the practical and emotional sides of the process.
She believes real estate is about more than a transaction. It’s about finding a place that supports a client’s lifestyle while also recognizing that a home can be one of the largest assets or financial drains they’ll ever take on, depending on how decisions are made. Jessica's goal is to make the experience feel clear, calm, and supportive, so clients can move forward with confidence, knowing they have an advocate who truly understands what’s at stake.
Outside of real estate, she runs with Richmond Trail Runners, lives in Bon Air, and has a happy appreciation for local coffee and excellent pastries.
