A longtime Richmond area local, Fadi has called Henrico home for more than 12 years and attended Mills E. Godwin High School. Fadi went on to earn his bachelor’s degree in Finance with a minor in Economics from VCU. Fadi began his career in sales, gaining experience with two well-known Richmond employers before joining one of the nation’s largest residential real estate platforms, where he worked closely with real estate agents and helped them grow their businesses.
Fadi’s interest in real estate eventually became personal when he began investing in properties of his own. Through buying, renovating, and selling multiple homes, he gained firsthand experience in evaluating opportunities, understanding what adds value to a property, and seeing real estate through both a homeowner’s and an investor’s perspective.
Today, Fadi brings that experience to his clients, helping buyers, sellers, and investors make informed decisions throughout the real estate process. He takes pride in being responsive, straightforward, and easy to work with, while recognizing that no two clients or situations are the same.
Outside of real estate, Fadi enjoys entrepreneurship, fitness, traveling, gardening, and spending time outdoors. Born in Egypt along the Red Sea, Fadi still returns frequently to visit his hometown and spend time with family.
