Before transitioning into real estate, Benjamin worked in build-design construction and renovation and also spent time in tech sales after studying computer science at VCU. His experience in the home building process, along with his understanding of design concepts for remodels and renovations, allows him to help buyers see both the current value of a property and its potential.
